How to disable pop-up blocker in Chrome

This article will walk you through the steps to disable your pop up blocker in Chrome so that any reports or data pulled in Synergy will be viewable.

To turn off the pop up blocker in Chrome, click on the icon next to the URL for Synergy it will open up a drop down window.

Click on the Site Settings pop out button which opens up a new tab.

 

Find the box that says Pop-Ups and redirects and change the box to the left of it to Always

Then close the tab and you will be able to open report or file from Synergy.
