A staff member states that other users in a Microsoft Teams call cannot see and/or hear them.
Step-by-Step
- Select the 3 dots next to your profile picture in the top right corner of Microsoft Teams.
- Select "Settings" from the drop down list.
- Navigate to the "Devices" tab in the Settings menu.
- Change settings to desired devices
- Default for Speaker should be "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)"
- Default for Microphone should be "Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Audio)"
- Default for Camera should be "Integrated Webcam"
