Change Default Audio and Camera in Microsoft Teams

A staff member states that other users in a Microsoft Teams call cannot see and/or hear them.

 

Step-by-Step

  1. Select the 3 dots next to your profile picture in the top right corner of Microsoft Teams.
  2. Select "Settings" from the drop down list.
  3. Navigate to the "Devices" tab in the Settings menu.
  4. Change settings to desired devices
    1. Default for Speaker should be "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)"
    2. Default for Microphone should be "Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Audio)"
    3. Default for Camera should be "Integrated Webcam"
