How to use the GlobalProtect VPN software once it has already been installed and you have been approved to use the VPN.
Step-by-Step
- To connect to the VPN, you will need to connect to your home internet.
- Note: the VPN will never work while you are on a Lansing School District network
- Click on the white globe icon in the system tray to launch the GlobalProtect VPN client.
- Verify that the portal address is "gp.lansingschools.net".
- Login using your district username and password. (This is the same username/password used to log into your district computer).
