Body
Summary
A 403 error means you are logging in under invalid credentials (example shown below). Usually this means you are signing in using your firstname.lastname@lansingschoools.net, instead of your district email (LLLLLFMMDD@lansingschools.net).

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log out of the application, then sign back in using your district login (the one with your birthday).
2. Clear your cache under your browser settings to ensure a smooth process.
Troubleshooting/Notes
1. Mary Anne was using mary.anne@lansingschools.net, which is an alias assigned to her district email. This will prompt a 403 error code as the web application deems this as invalid according to its records.
2. Always check to make sure you are using the first 5 letters of your last name (insert an ‘_’ for every letter under 5; e.g. anne = anne_)., followed by the first letter of your first name, two digit birth month and two digit date of birth (e.g. 04/15/2003 = 0415), with @lansingschools.net at the end to tie it all together.
3. An error code, starting with 400 usually means it's something to do with your credentials, cookies, etc.
4. An error code, starting with 500, usually means it's a system problem and you should submit a ticket.
