Remove Chromebook Account to Clear Cache

Summary

Removing an account on a Chromebook is very effective to clear the cache; almost "resetting" the device.

Step-by-Step

On a Chromebook, clearing the cache is different than on a staff computer:

1. Start by signing out of the Chromebook.
2. Select the profile you want to remove.
3. Next to that profile name, select the Down arrow.
4. Select “Remove this user”.
5. Then select “Remove this user” again.
6. Sign back in using the students information.
