Step-by-Step

Teacher/Staff Password

1. Visit https://iforgot.lansingschools.net/ to reset your computer, Synergy, and Google password. NOTE: This does not change Outlook passwords.

2. Select "I am teacher or staff"

3. The next screen, you will have to enter your District Username, Employee Number, Birthdate, and first.lastname@lansingschools.net email.

4. Next, create the New Password and Confirm Password.

5. Submit, and you have successfully reset your password.
 

Student Password

1. Visit https://iforgot.lansingschools.net/ to reset a students computer, Synergy, and Google password. NOTE: This does not change Outlook passwords.

2.  Select "I am a student".

3. The next screen, enter the Student ID, School, and their Birthdate.

4.  Next, create the New Password and Confirm Password.

5. Submit, and you have successfully reset the students password.
