Staff Logins

Used for PD days, mentor logs, etc.

Used to submit tickets, browse the Knowledge Base, and view already submitted tickets by you.

Used for grading, running reports, attendance, scheduling, etc.

- Username Login: Employee ID# (or firstname.lastname@lansingschools.net)
- Password Type: Last 4 digits of SSN
Examples such as RedRover, iObservation, CAASS/411, and other third-party applications.
- Hires Prior to May 11, 2026: No changes to your login credentials for these systems unless separately notified.
- Hires On or After May 11, 2026: Please use the username and password information provided to you during onboarding or account setup
Some applications may still use older username formats depending on vendor limitations or synchronization schedules.
