Step-by-Step

  1. Go to URL: https://hire.lever.co/jobs/internal. 
  2. If it asks you to sign in:
    1. Enter your SSO email address (i.e. uttera0831@lansingschools.net NOT andrew.utter@lansingschools.net) in the box that says "Enter your work email." Do not click "Sign in with Google" - it won't work the same way!
    2. Select "Sign in with Microsoft"
    3. If it doesn't then automatically log you in, enter your same SSO email and your password for you email.
  3. Once you are logged in, you can navigate to "Jobs" at the top to see all the jobs available for internal candidates. If you can't find the job board, you can always follow this URL: https://hire.lever.co/jobs/internal. 
  4. Alternatively, you can select "Referrals" at the top to refer a friend for any role. Here are the rules for the referral program.
