Step-by-Step

GOOGLE CHROME BROWSER:

  • Click the 3 vertical dots under the exit button of your browser.
  • Click Delete browsing data…

  • In the pop-up window…
    • Select “All Time” from the Time Range dropdown
    • Checkmark only the bottom two options
    • Click Clear Data. When the pop-up window disappears, that means the process is complete.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • You can now close the Settings tab and continue working.

MOZILLA FIREFOX BROWSER:

  • Click the three lines underneath the exit button of your browser.

  • Select the Privacy & Security panel.Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
  • In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data...

  • On the dropdown next to When:, choose Everything.  Make sure that only Temporary cached files and pages is checkedmarked.
  • Click on the Clear button.
  • Close the Settings page.
