Report any problems with your Clevertouch display, including unresponsive screens, connection issues, audio problems, display errors, being physically broken, and more.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the asset tag of the Clevertouch (if available):
    • It is located on a sticker on the side of the board.
    • Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages that show up.
