Request troubleshooting assistance with a fax machine.
Information Needed
For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
The full number of the fax machine.
Please include the asset tag of the machine:
It is located on a sticker on the device.
Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
Include the make and model of the fax machine.
Leave a detailed description of the issue, which version of Windows you are using, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages that show up.
