Peripheral Device Issues and Errors

About This Service

Help with any instances of peripheral devices having errors, not turning on, or being physically broken.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the asset tag of the device, if applicable:
    • If the device has a tag, it is located on a sticker on the device.
    • Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, which version of Windows you are using, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages that show up.
