Help with issues concerning the Papercut Kyocera printer/copiers.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the equipment tag of the printer:
    • It is located on a badge on the front of the device.
    • Put this in the "Asset Tag" field of the ticket form.
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, any error messages or codes, and location of both the printer and the device that you are printing from.
