Assistance with district phone issues, errors, name changes or other questions.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • When submitting this ticket, we need the following information:
    • Phone extension
    • District user name (ex. smithj0130)
    • What is showing on the phone display
    • Serial number located on the bottom of the ShoreTel phones, on a white sticker, above the barcodes. Starts with a 00.
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, error, or question.
