How to Locate your IP Address for Remoting In Purposes

Summary

Did a district technician request to remote into your computer? Did they ask for your IP address? Follow these steps to locate your IP address with ease.

Step-by-Step

1. On your District Device, please Navigate to the Up "^" arrow in the bottom right corner. Normally, it is a couple icons to the left of the Date and Time.

2. When you select the Up "^" arrow, icons will pop up. Locate "VNC Server - Service Mode." This is the icon with the Green V inside it.

3. Read off your IP address. It will most likely start with a "10. " followed by three more numbers.
