Request support for hardware problems on district issued laptops, such as not turning on, overheating, battery issues, being physically broke, and more.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location of the device.
  • Please include the asset tag of the desktop tower
    • It is located on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop.
    • Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, which version of Windows you are using, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages that show up.
