Change Default Audio and Camera Settings in a Zoom Call

Summary

A staff member states that they cannot hear other users or other users cannot see and/or hear them in a Zoom call.

 

Step-by-Step

  1. While in a Zoom call, navigate to the bottom left of the screen where it says "Audio" and "Video".

 

 

  1. Selecting the up arrow symbol next to these options will bring up a menu to change theses settings.
    1. Default settings for audio are "Speakers (Realtek(R) Audio)" and Microphone Array (Realtek(R) Audio)".
    2. Default setting for camera is "Integrated Webcam".
