Request support for hardware problems on district desktops, such as display problems, not turning on, damaged connection cables, being physically broken, and more.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the asset tag of the desktop tower
    • It is located on a sticker on the tower.
    • Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, which version of Windows you are using, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages that show up.
