Help with any instances of printer, scanner or copier errors or issues. This is for non-Papercut devices.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the asset tag of the printer:
    • If the device has a tag, it is located on a sticker on the device.
    • Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
  • Leave a detailed description of the printer you want connected to, and which version of Windows your computer is on.
