Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the asset tag of the iPad:
    • It is located on a sticker on the back of the iPad, sometimes hidden behind the case.
    • Number is below the barcode, usually starting with a "G" or "FY".
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, the names of Apps you are using, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages or codes that show up.
