Help with questions or issues within Synergy. This includes ParentVUE, StudentVUE, TeacherVUE, and AdminVUE.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • Please include the student or employee ID of the affected individual (if applicable).
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue, which version of Windows you are using, what you are doing when the issue occurs, and any error messages or codes that show up.
