Help with any instances of your district accounts not functioning properly. 

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • When submitting this ticket, we need the following information; either when submitting for yourself, or on behalf of a student:
    • Full first name
    • Full last name
    • Date of Birth
    • Employee or student ID
  • Leave a detailed description of the issue and any error messages that show up.
