Employee Password Reset

About This Service

Requesting a password reset for a current Lansing School District employee when the password reset page does not help.

Note: Before submitting a ticket, try resetting the employee's password with our self-help password reset app, located here. The iforgot page will reset your District password (Google, Clever, Synergy, etc.) but it will not reset your email, EAC, or other passwords.

Information Needed

  • For fastest turnaround, please include a specific building and room location.
  • When submitting this ticket, we need the following information:
    • Full first name
    • Full last name
    • Date of Birth
    • Employee ID
  • Leave a detailed description of what app or system the employee is trying to access.
